Role : The person will be responsible for developing appropriate Talent Acquisition strategies and managing end to end Talent Acquisition process. He / She will oversee the entire recruitment process, tools and resources to ensure an efficient hiring process that results in high quality hires within defined TAT.
The most valuable traits we are looking for in this role are:
- Coordinate with respective functional heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, interview processes.
- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source from colleges, workplaces, databases.
- Define, document and set-up effective recruitment processes / operations.
- Ensure all recruitment metrics are met.
- Create/define dashboards/metrics/measurements of success and conduct regular reporting of those to the key stakeholders.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of recruitment specialists.
- Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies.
- To have in depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates
- To conduct interviews, administer tests, roll out offer etc. (end to end recruitment activity)
- Work on recruitment related projects
What you should have
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- 4 -10 years of experience in bulk hiring and min 3 years in team management.
- Experience in creating and executing Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning strategies in a fast paced, high growth multiple site environment.
- Demonstrated success with state-of-the-art recruiting / employment branding practices including social media, employee referrals, vendor management, campus placements etc.
