Roles And Responsibilities :
- Design and execute the overall recruiting strategy in consultation with the executive team.
- Responsible to actively promote jobs in job boards, social media and other networks as appropriate to have a healthy pipeline of candidates for all the positions.
- Responsible to source and screen candidates assessing them on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, culture fitment, experience and aptitudes.
- Work closely with stakeholders and the potential candidate through the hiring process.
- Lead offer discussions with potential candidates; ensure that people are onboarded at the right compensation band.
- Ensure that people are onboarded as per the Business Unit's hiring plan / TAT as applicable.
- Prepare and present well analysed recruitment reports to the leadership team along with actionable insights.
- Should ensure that the team achieves the hiring numbers within the defined SLA /TAT.
Requirements :
- Management degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). Should be Persuasive communicator.
- Hands on experience working with Applicant tracking systems.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting management reports.
- Excellent time-management and organization skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to people management and team development.
- Driven/Motivated about working in an entrepreneurial setup.
