Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Trivandrum.
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting.
- The role involves developing and executing innovative hiring strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs.
Qualifications:
- 8- 10 Years in Talent Acquisition in IT.
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative hiring strategies.
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
