About the Position:

Role: Manager- RPO

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Hierarchy Structure: This is a people manager role and position will report to ServiceDelivery Leader or AVP - RPO

Job Role:-

- Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, keyHR contacts, as well as across the broader Taggd business

- Gain a sound understanding of the assigned business/s (structure, nature of their work andbusiness challenges faced) to enable anticipation of businesses future recruitment needs,ensure sourcing strategy is aligned with these requirements

- Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly communication withthe hiring manager community and various key senior business stakeholders, facilitating aconsultative recruitment experience through knowledge and intelligence sharing, as well asaccurate reporting.

- Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arisepertaining to the RPO team.

- Actively seek and act on feedback from key stakeholders to drive optimum solutions for bothparties.

- Analyse and communicate to client/s and Taggd peer's recruitment trends, results, andinsights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity,improve compliance and reduce risk

- Communicate the process and benefits of the solution and Taggd membership to keystakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects, and additional serviceofferings

- Governance and Compliance (Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process, Procedure)

- Extensive experience in Sourcing and hands-on recruiting will be key to this role

- Regular Team/recruiting numbers/SLA's reviewJob Requirements:Essential Requirements

- Any graduate + preferably an MBA (HR)JOB DESCRIPTION - TAGGD

- A high level of 8 plus years of experience working in a lead recruitment delivery or Account Manager Role, ideally within the RPO environment

- Ability to handle a variety of position types/business groups/geographies effectively andindependentlyTEAM TAGGD

- Should have handled average 50 to 100 requisitions on monthly basisDesirable Requirements

- Ability to lead large teams and work directly with the teams on their day-to-dayconversions.

- Should be able to drive and lead large customers independently thus increasingclient wallet share.

- Plan, Strategize & build avenues / strategies for improvisation & scale numbersmonth on month

- Requirement analysis, sourcing, interviewing, selling, salary negotiations, offeringand post offer follow-ups.

- Should have developed, driven, and executed comprehensive search strategies torecruit senior and niche Candidates in limited Talent Pool.

- Utilized cost effective tools to reduce average spend per hire and decrease cycletimes.

- Should be able to work on capability building of the team and retaining the besttalent
