This role is with leading Technology Product Organisation based in Bangalore  The position reports into the Talent Acquisition leader and is reported by a team of 3-4 recruiters.   The function of this position leads Recruitment and Talent Acquisition strategies in the Technology Space.   The Recruitment manager will be responsible for:  - Partnering the Stakeholders and forecast the Talent Acquisition needs of the Business right from campus programs to mid-senior positions (excluding leadership hiring).  - Create, Talent Acquisition strategies - Expertise in Industry Mapping & tracking across industry functions and segments - Identify different sourcing channels to build candidate funnel.   - Keeping abreast with the market; industry trends, extensive research, strategy implementation and managing research enquiries / requests  - Identify relevant blogging sites, networking event to generate leads, walkins etc.  - Sets up Goals (weekly/monthly as per plan), Dashboard and metrics   - Focused on Budget and Costs on recruitment;   - Participates in ensuring all candidates have a great interviewing experience;   - Ensure a "Wow" Onboarding experience by working with HR Team.   - Does think "Out of box" - innovates in process; adept in technology  - Good people manager who can mentor and lead a team of Tech Recruiters.   The work environment is fast-paced and is for people who go the extra mile.   - Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.   Skill Requirements:  - BE/ MCA/ MBA with 7-10 years of experience with atleast 2 years in a Corporate Set up   - Should have recruited in Online/Web/Mobile Technology Space.   - Advanced level of proficiency in sourcing through unconventional channels like cold calling, head hunting, company mapping etc  - Excellent candidate conversation skills  - Should have knack for networking  - Excellent communication  - Good team player
