We are looking for an IT recruitment specialist, who has an eye for sourcing, and closing good tech talent. A great track record and expertise in hiring technical roles and must be from the IT industry.
We are interested in someone who is smart, dedicated, a quick learner, and a great cultural fit for our team and reporting into Head of TA.
What you will be doing:
- Spearhead recruitment and take ownership of recruitment requirements.
- Manage end to end recruitment process including: sourcing and screening resumes, selecting candidates for interview, conducting interview kick-offs and debrief sessions, negotiate offers, managing offer approval process, extending offers and rejecting candidates, onboarding and fully integrating as employees.
- Handling coordination and communications within the team and helping in preparing schedules for recruitment activities and their execution.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitudes and culture fit.
- Manage ongoing candidate relationship, all through the hiring life cycle and provide exemplary candidate experience.
- Plan and conduct post-offer pursuit activities for candidate engagement until they join (e.g., communications, schedule meet and greet with current employees, answering questions etc. )
- Prepare interviewers for interviews, transitioning relevant candidate-specific information Verbally extend offers of employment and leverage on manager for guidance around complex negotiations
- Network within the marketplace to understand competitive landscape and compensation practices
- Continuously build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders
- Work with marketing team to Implement new and innovative methods for brand awareness.
- Maintain trackers of information and other data for record keeping and analytics.
- Use analytics for identifying area of improvement in recruitment processes and strategies.
What You'll Need:
- MBA or Equivalent Degree / Bachelors Degree
- Experience of 5+ Years
- Strong experience in technology recruiting.
- Good knowledge of technology trends, compensation and benefits
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy
- Proficiency in MS- Office.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) etc.
