Manager - Talent Acquisition - IT Hiring
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various online channels (e., LinkedIn, job portals, social platforms).
- Review and analyze resumes to identify qualified candidates for technical positions.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings to assess candidates' technical skills.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
- Assist in negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry to effectively assess candidate qualifications and market conditions.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/masters degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, focused on technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of technical skills, including programming languages, development frameworks, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively screen and evaluate technical candidates.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated negotiation and networking abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to recruiting.
