Talent Acquisition Manager- IT & Non IT Hiring
Location: HSR Layout
CTC:- 14-16 Lacs
Only Female CandidatesPls Note: We are looking for Immediate Joiners.Role :1. Understanding the role in detail and creating a strategy to build a healthy pipeline for the role
2. Identifying which mediums/methods/sources/channels would work best for the roles you are working for and not limited to the traditional job portals
3. Using technology and its advancements to create a proactive and ongoing talent pool
4. Identifying bottlenecks in the selection process and partnering with your hiring manager on resolving those
5. Being a talent advisor to your stakeholders
6. Delivering great customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders like your candidates, leaders, hiring managers and peers
7. Focus on creating strategies and processes that will deliver a superior level of candidate experience
8. Driving operational excellence throughout the recruitment process
9. Work on projects that will impact cost, time and quality of hire
10. Continuously learning about market trends and applying your learnings to the current processes
You're a fit if you have :1. Minimum 4-6 years of work experience either working for an executive search firm/recruitment firm or corporate specializing in technology/IT hiring across levels.
2. Strong experience in using search strings on various platforms and not limited to LinkedIn & Naukri
3. Prior expertise in working with an ATS
4. Great prioritization skills and ability to juggle with multiple roles without impacting the priority and criticality of any of the mandates
5. Expertise in managing relationships through being solution-oriented and high attention to detail
6. Excellent written and spoken communication Competencies required: Self-motivated, persistent, influence, negotiation, goal-oriented and organized.
