Will be responsible for :

- Vendor Management & close coordination with organizational leaders for hiring.

- Proficient in managing stakeholders and their expectations.

- End to End Hiring & Vendor management. Talent Acquisition at pan India Level.

- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine tuning existing standard processes.

- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization and create a strong succession planning pool Explore different sources of recruitment to optimize recruitment cost.
