- Ownership of end to end recruitment process (Requisition, strategizing & planning recruitment events, monitoring, measuring, controlling and continuous improvement).
- Manage and supervise end-to-end Recruitment cycle (Sourcing/Selection/ on-boarding / Process compliance/ MIS).
- Work as an Individual contributor in fulfilling senior roles.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies for future & current open positions & execute them with minimal direction.
- Define recruitment SLAs, establish metrics and create MIS.
- Achieve the set targets for various conversion rates.
- Identify effectively utilize various resource of recruitment to ensure target achievement.
- Plan and strategize recruitment drives.
- Assess, evaluate and empanel recruitment consultants, Job Portal Access Management.
- Bring in continues improvements in sourcing, interview & selection process.
- Create and maintain job Descriptions for all positions and establish competency levels.
- Build and nurture a strong Talent Attraction and Acquisition team with right selection, mentoring, providing opportunities and delegation.
