We have an opportunity for a Manager - Talent Acquisition for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world’s largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Role: Manager - Talent Acquisition

Experience: 11-15 years

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

- Must have experience in volume hiring ( atleast 250-300 per quarter) and hiring for captives

- Build and develop recruitment strategies to fulfill business objectives

- Must be able to partner with Business Heads/ Managers to understand their business and hiring needs

- Must be able to plan, design and implement new innovation techniques to maximize joining ratios

- Should bring experience in market mapping/intelligence and be abreast with the hiring trends across industries

- Must be able to coach and mentor large teams

- Bangalore based candidates will be preferred
