Responsibilities :

Hands on recruiting experience in top tier IT services company

- Should have experience of managing a small team of recruiters

- Should know IT recruitment in large volumes and also high quality hiring

- Should be familiar with technology stacks in IT

- Should be an expert on the end to end talent acquisition process and capable of introducing efficiencies

- Should know latest metrics in talent acquisition

- Should have proven experience in managing multiple stakeholder

- Should have experience in building relationship with different stakeholders at all levels

- Position is based in Chennai.
