Key Deliverable Expectation :
- Prepare and develop and sourcing strategy once the role is assigned on the HRMS.
- Source suitable candidates with TAT using internal and external databases, social media and head hunting through X-ray searches, google searches.
- Connect with SBU Head for Requirements
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- New hire feedbacks
- Ensuring Recruitment, retention and engagements of all employees across locations.
- Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Also, build strong rapport withthe internal stakeholders.
- Support in Training and Development
- Ensure closure on the position with TAT.
- Negotiating pay and salary and finalizing candidate.
- Ensure the employee Data base is updated real time bases
- Responsible for Induction, onboarding, events and Training.
- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement.
Work Experience Requirements :
- Experience in both IT as well as non-IT recruitment will be preferred
- Experience on sourcing techniques through databases sing boolean, X-ray Search and google extensions.
- Plan and develop retention and engagement strategies.
- Exposure on ATS is a must.
