Manager-Talent Acquisiton for the group Business Unit
Location : Bangalore
Position Objective:
The company in India India provides support for infrastructure, statutory facilitation and environment for group companies to start-up and grow business operations in India. As this initial stage of business development, the most important success factor is the company's ability to attract and recruit right talent in the business. This position will be critical for this success.
Responsibilities
- Managing and engagement with the search partners to ensure the quality of recruitment is conducted in most effective way. Analysis of quality of performance of the partners and providing them with detailed feedback and taking actions accordingly.
- Understanding the various sectors/segments of the organisation and creating alternative target search sectors/segments in absence of the companies in a particular sector.
- Create and conduct a quality based Recruitment and Induction process with clear defined responsibilities and expected outcomes.
- Educate the hiring managers / supervisors on the recruitment process, to ensure calibration and process efficiency. Work with them on the JD - creating and fine tuning.
- Conduct indepth personal interviews for understanding motivation drivers of the individual candidate and assess the fitment of the individual to the values of organisation
- Market intelligence on the compensation of the positions across sectors and positions.
- Interaction, providing support and managing the international hiring managers on the recruitment of positions.
- Working with consultants and device methods to create a positive impact and attract potential talent for the company.
