PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will be responsible for leading Talent acquisition - GHRSS Hiring function for the assigned location(s). The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Spearhead the recruitment process by swiftly identifying areas for improvement and implementing industry best practices, resulting in the establishment of a world-class Global Talent Acquisition process.
- Lead, coach and empower a team of Talent Acquisition Leads who specialize in hiring for GHRSS sub verticals - HRIS/TAGS/Ops and provide end to end recruitment support to the UK, US, APAC business.
- Plan and strategize hiring needs.
- Develop & drive the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives. This includes defining the talent acquisition roadmap, identifying talent needs, and designing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Creating a robust Talent Acquisition engine with an aim to bring forth recruitment efficiency.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
- Set internal standards on recruitment through benchmarking/best practices.
- Review data and assess external talent environment to forecast talent supply & needs.
- Relationship management with key stakeholders.
- Track recruitment metrics to measure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- 12+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a team leading role in talent acquisition.
- Minimum 4 + years of experience in Global HR Shared Services hiring.
- Must have experience in driving talent acquisition strategy and delivery.
- Should be a go-getter, who has an ability to drive strategic talent acquisition goals for the organization in a fast paced, complex environment.
- Experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in leading, managing and mentoring a high performing team.
