1. RESPONSIBILITIES :

(a) Business Development:

- Develop an understanding of the service area offerings of TTC, identify and bring potential business opportunities to the attention of the senior management team.

- Design and introduce new offerings vis- vis Human Resource Advisory services.

- Prepare high quality Human Resource Consulting proposals and Concept Notes.

- Achieve business development goals/ growth targets of the practice in line with organizational goals.

- New Business development including client acquisition, client servicing and client retention.

- Expand practice across new clients and geographies.

(b) Recruitment :

- Managing end to end recruitment assignments including individual searches, ad. response management and bulk recruitment.

- Understanding recruitment mandates provided by clients.

- Developing a sourcing strategy for the same.

- Sourcing relevant profiles in line with the Job Description provided by the client.

- Assessing/ Evaluating suitability of the candidates and their interest levels in the assignment through telephonic /or personal interviews.

- Sharing profiles of relevant candidates and reports (as required) with the client.

- Working closely with the client - coordinating interviews, salary negotiations and ensuring closure of the position.

- Managing client relationships.

- Enhancing, maintaining and updating databank of Resumes.

- Ensure quality and conceptual rigor across the practice in a consistent manner.

- Any other responsibilities that may be given from time to time.

(c) HR Project Management :

- Contribute significant value as a thought leader, provide strategic perspectives, insights and cutting-edge solutions in the area of Human Resource Advisory.

- Responsible for efficient planning and execution of all HR service lines offered.

- Understand client and project requirements.

- Plan, execute and close the projects.

- Conduct field visits as per project requirements.

- Prepare high quality reports.

- Suggest and implement continuous improvements in all aspects of functioning.

- Ensure quality and conceptual rigor across the practice in a consistent manner.

- Demonstrate a good level of HR knowledge and judgment and the ability to develop well-reasoned and researched solutions on client issues.

- Ensure optimum utilization of team strengths to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in planning and executing projects.

- Any other responsibilities that may be given from time to time.

(d) Team Management :

- Manage a team of Senior Consultants, Consultants and Associate Consultants as applicable.

- Ensure optimum utilization of team strengths to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in planning and executing projects.
