Reporting to the Head HR your roles and responsibilities will be as follows :
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment of open positions in India which involves more planning and less sourcing
- Working with all key stakeholders to understand manpower requirements
- Working with Partners to have a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of role
- Working on Employer Branding and Employer Value Propositions
- Creating Campus engagement and increasing the number of campuses visited
- Creating sourcing strategies and increase closure rates
- Working as an HRBP for one region and driving projects and OD interventions to increase productivity of the region
The ideal candidates comes with :
- 3-7 years of work experience with dual experience in TA and HRBP with 70% of the role in TA and balance in HRBP
- Strong pedigree and must have worked in an MNC only
- This role will have matrix reporting to the Global HQ
