Role Title Manager - HR
What the role entails :(Key Responsibilities) :- Overall 10 + years
- Must Have BPO / KPO hiring of experience of 5 to 8 years.
- Couple of years as business partner of mid size unit
- TServe as key strategic partner to the business leaders and managers.
- Provide inputs in the business strategy from a talent perspective. S/he will align HR programs / solutions to business goals and performance.
- The individual will partner with business teams, demonstrate sound business acumen, and 'coach' the leadership team on critical HR issues.
- Takes ownership for specific HR initiatives that support the effective operations of the organization by developing and/or delivering HR programs. Organizing & designing learning & development programs to enhance the Skills/competencies.
- S/he will develop a broad understanding of all HR programs, and execute in areas of Benefits, Performance Management, Policy Making, Employee Engagement, Employee relations and Talent Analytics.
- Driving strong sense of integrity, ethics and culture in the organization by having tight controls and policies
