Purpose of the Job

Main Duties of the Jobholder
- Responsible for the end-to-end Recruitment process
- To assist in the manpower plan by obtaining the manpower requisitions on a periodic basis
- Get the approval on all the manpower requirements as submitted by the department heads
- Source the required skill set by the utilization of the necessary recruitment channel
- Validate the profile of the candidates by matching them with the requirements
- Arrange and schedule the interviews of the Shortlisted candidates
- Keep update of Interview evaluation sheets of all interviewed candidates
- Salary negotiation and offer release to the selected candidate
- Engage the candidates post offer acceptance and pre-joining
- Candidate onboarding and induction
- Champion the employee engagement surveys and activities
- Providing MIS on a time to time basis to HR Head
Working Relationships and Contacts
Reports to Director - People & Culture and close interaction with founders and department heads
Dimensions :
- Business understanding to gauge the requirement and arrive at the right candidate profile
- Problem Solving skills for sourcing and selection of candidates
- Innovate Talent Acquisition practices and approach based on the organization requirement
- Impact - 1400 employees for additional manpower and for replacement positions
- Stakeholder Management - Work closely with function heads for short-listing and selection of candidates

General Responsibilities :
- Create a job description based on the requirement specification by the function head
- Ensure process completion for manpower requisition and approval
- Identify the right source mix for the profile - portals, social media, consultants or any other source
- Candidate selection, offer roll-out, joining and induction
- Design and roll-out of employee engagement initiatives
- Impact measurement for employee engagement initiatives
- Managing partner relationships and key stakeholders
