About the Role / Responsibilities :
Own the End to end hiring vertical at Mfine
- Develop and execute complete recruiting plans
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders
- Build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates
- Map similar and relevant companies to understand organisation structures and accordingly align Mfine hiring needs
- Maintain active relationships with external vendors and agencies to fulfil hiring needs
- Conduct regular training for the team on new hiring standards and protocols
KPIs for the role would be the following :
- Ensuring key leadership closures within the stipulated timelines and budget
- Achieving key metrics and ratios in talent management
- Process adherence and timely reporting
- Building and managing a team of recruiters
Desired Experience / Background :
Prior Talent Acquisition and Management Experience : We are looking for candidates who come with 6+ years of experience into hard core talent acquisition. Folks from aggressively growing companies with an Ecommerce, or Start-up background would be given strong preference.
Educational Background: MBAs from top tier institutes would be preferred
Remuneration - As per market standards, Industry standard (Depending upon experience)
