Job Description :
As a Manager - HR, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment activities which include sourcing candidates from job boards, stakeholder management, vendor management, Market Intelligence and ensuring good candidate experience while meeting targets are met in given timeline.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end to end recruitment for the assigned business unit that includes internal, external and campus hiring.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build robust hiring strategies that generate consistent and high quality talent pool.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and also drive continuous improvement with candidate and hiring manager experience, data analytics, productivity and planning.
- Proactively seeks out market intelligence and should be proactive in trying new methodologies, experiment, and innovation to solve the hiring challenges.
- Formulate and execute the campus strategy and plan for the business unit.
- Manage a team of sourcing specialists and recruiters
Desired Profile:
- MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources Function in a reputed organization
- High on integrity, trustworthiness, and collaboration
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various Talent Acquisition programs
- Excellent communication skills: the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.
- Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Should have strong analytics, presentation and interpersonal skills, negotiation & Conflict resolution skills.
