Role:
- Responsible to plan, develop, manage and oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.
- Determine talent needs in partnership and execute the agreed plan for recruitment and on-boarding during the year.
- Design innovative digital recruitment practices and implementation.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes.
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
- Stakeholder management.
- Vendor Management.
Desired Profile:
- MBA in HR
- 10-12 years Non - IT experience in talent acquisition.
