Key Responsibilities :

The Manager TA is accountable for the delivery of the hiring needs based on the headcount growth of the organization. This person will also supervise a team of recruiters and support their performances to meet the overall deliverables.

The major responsibilities for this role include supporting the India HR Leader to improve organizational capability, determine training and development needs, and identify opportunities to implement innovative methodologies to address the hiring needs.

Key Result areas:

Recruitment Goals

- Ensures alignment of hiring strategy i.e. sourcing channels, selection methodologies and candidate care with the TA strategic and operating goals.

- Meeting recruiting targets by building talent pipelines for critical roles and managing internal or external stakeholders

- Participate and/or lead TA projects focused on continuous improvement of core programs and services.

- Provide Market Research and mapping for ongoing and new recruitment requirements

- Conducts job interviews for key jobs in the organization

- Team Development

- Direct and guide implementation of the team goals

- Build up trusting cooperation within/across team to enable efficient team performance

Requirements for the role:

- Strong understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure. Experience working across a complex organizational matrix.

- A proven track record of positive results and an ability to influence and drive team objectives. He/she should be someone who is sought out for their opinion and advice and who can forge and maintain close relationships.

- Analytical and brings Data analysis experience.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
