Manager - Talent Acquisition


Requirements:


- MBA from good B school with experience working in Talent Acquisition and Special Projects with mid-size companies with matured HR practices.

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Customer Centricity

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

- Handled HR Talent acquisition role in a diverse environment.

- Self-driven, Strong sense of commitment and ownership

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives, challenges, and talent needs.

Talent Acquisition:

- Partner with recruiting teams to attract and hire, top talent.

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

- Maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.

- Solid understanding of Job Portals like (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Etc.)

- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision making is strongly preferred.

- Employer Branding-developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.

- Provide guidance on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.

- Experience in vendor Management.

Project Planning and Strategy:

- Work on designing and executing different HR projects which aids to achieving organization objectives.

- Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.

- Collaborate with leaders to define project goals and success metrics aligned with department objectives.
