Job Title: Manager-Talent Acquisition
Reporting to: Director-HR
Location: Mumbai
Position Summary:
Responsible for driving the strategic and operational Talent Acquisition agenda, for taking full responsibility of both Consumer and Professional recruitment across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with India Leadership Team to plan, engage and implement effective recruitment delivery strategies for all positions
- Enable to make the right hiring decision through effective partnering and delivering end to end recruitment service, sourcing, interview and screening all potential candidates
- Partner with hiring managers, conduct intake meetings and keep HRBPs updated on the process progression.
- Take complete ownership of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment cycle end to end
- Consistently work in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to pipeline future talent, manage KPIs and feed global dashboards
- Consistently demonstrate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Employment Branding (EBP) through all candidate touch points
- Lead team of recruiters & search partners to drive successful delivery of recruiting metrics including time to fill, diversity, quality conversion and cost per hire
- Analyze and review recruiting metrics on a periodic basis with key stakeholders. Identify trends and proactively address business risks.
- Lead and manage day-to-day recruitment operations of our RPO partner
- Develop sourcing strategies to continuously attract candidates and build pipeline to enable ramp up plan
- Stay up to date on new recruitment technologies and practices and make recommendations on new initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity in all hiring metrics.
- Develop market knowledge and build capability to promote as an employer of choice and enhance overall candidate experience
- Responsible for actively working with the digital agency to manage social media posts, especially for TA.
- Support/participate in TA Global/Regional Projects
- Partner with Talent Management to identify key opportunities for integration of talent management and talent acquisition to deliver holistic people value proposition to business.
- Drive the Campus recruitment program for the organization, both technical & management & and participate actively in brand building programs
Key Competencies Required:
- Knowledge of recruitment issues, techniques and processes
- Knowledge of TA and sourcing strategies: understand & apply effective approaches in acquiring highly qualified candidates
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively at all levels and being part of virtual teams.
- Ability to engage with Senior Business leaders
- Strong process orientation and detail orientation
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and reports
- Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence decision makers, build relationships, challenging internal clients acting as a talent advisor.
- Strong organizational, project management and execution skills, along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to influence and maintain strong long-term relationships with RPO and internal clients
Education Qualification & Experience:
- MBA from Tier I b-school with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (FMCG industry preferred)
- Knowledge of ATS and selection methods to enable the best hiring decisions
- Advanced excel and analytics skills
- Some experience leading teams directly or indirectly
- Previous experience with RPO preferred
