Talent Acquisition Manager- Mumbai- 8-15 years

Urgently Hiring ; Talent Acquisition Manager for a leading Conglomerate Group Company in Mumbai.

Experience : 8 to 15 years

Qualification : MBA (Full Time)

CTC : 15 to 25 LPA

Key result areas :

- Understand current manpower number and structure of all functions and consolidate the requirement to seek approval as part of the manpower planning exercise.

- Identify and develop vendors

- Ensure that the pre-joining engagement process and induction process is complete for all new joinees including the process compliance around documentation with regards to the hire done.

- Manage and drive Campus Hiring to meet the manpower requirements for different functions and also manage their career.

- Work on events like new joinee meet, quarterly induction programs etc.

- Enabling and influencing functions to adopt and drive focused agendas through a series of communication and support mechanisms

- Employee connect through various focused group & individual discussions, surveys and other modes to better gauge employee.

- Manager & peer education to create an inclusive workplace through webinars, sessions etc
