We are scouting for Manager Talent Acquisition for a Japanese MNC,

- The ideal incumbent should have 4-6 years of hands on experience in talent acquisition life cycle.

- Should have good grip in competency mapping, crafting job specs, compensation bench-marking.

- The person should have excellent interpersonal and communication skill.

- Should be from a leading B school specialized in HR.

Compensation will be in par with industry standard.

- The ideal fit would be blend of durable and fast moving consumer goods industry exposure in corporate office. The position will report into the country head People & organization.
