We are hiring for TA Specialist for our client in FMCG Sector.

Job Role:

Manage end to end recruitment activities across all levels. Understand and employ the right selection methods to be used for various positions. The KRA's would include but not limit to:

1. Working with cross functional teams to facilitate end to end manpower requirement: Engage with Hiring Manager and manage various stages of the TA life cycle which includes sourcing, vendor negotiation, optimizing source mix, getting right talent at the right time, TA Operations, onboarding support, IJP, etc.

2. Competition Mapping: Gather market intelligence on talent, competitor landscape, and FMCG recruitment trends and practices.

3. Team handling: Work with sourcers to ensure TAT is met; providing guidance and support as needed.

4. Ensure high quality of selection through dipstick surveys

5. Implementing interviewing and hiring techniques, as appropriate and provide timely progress updates on prospecting and interview activity. Also escalating sourcing issues in a timely fashion.

6. Developing and managing strong business relationships with Internal Stakeholders to ensure successful placements.

7. Manpower Planning & Budgeting:

- Evolve organization structure based on business needs from time to time

- Develop the manpower plan in consultation with other functional heads to ensure optimum workforce within organization and to institute measures to address long term needs.

- Institutionalize the implementation of a proper system of manpower approval and hiring for all open positions at the unit.

- Finalize the manpower budget and monitor all plan activities to ensure compliance to the plan Budget.

Create and maintain MIS/Dashboards, review the MIS reports, submission of reports to the respective stakeholders and supporting in HR Audit
