Global Talent Acquisition Manager - FMCG

- Reporting to the WTD, you will build a strategy around recruitment as well as execution of best practices for benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing effectiveness in an effort to meet or exceed the hiring goals.

- Provide hands-on recruiting for senior level positions and field positions in overseas locations according to talent acquisition best practice workflows.

- Develop strategies tied to recruiting initiatives and communicates these, as appropriate, to meet staffing goals for positions based in the Co's global offices.

- Work directly with HR Partners, Managers, the recruiting team and Compensation to assist in developing position descriptions and recommending appropriate compensation targets.

- Set the vision, strategy and goals for talent acquisition globally across multiple locations driving a high level of performance against the ambitious hiring plans.

- Define and develop recruiting metrics (qualitative and quantitative) in collaboration with the Employee success leadership team.

- Partner closely with Employee Success leadership to develop, optimize and drive an efficient, consistent recruiting process from talent attraction and candidate identification, to on-site assessment, offer proposal and negotiation.

- Identify future talent needs collaborating with the recruiting team to develop talent pools and/or social engagements.

- Develop and implement a cohesive day-to-day recruiting operation and related programs across all functional areas.

Qualification And Experience :

i. MBA in HR with Minimum of 10 years of recruiting related experience in recruitment activities for international positions & Significant experience in recruiting in the FMCG industry is a preferable.

ii. Proven success in supporting full cycle recruitment at overseas locations and proven understanding of project start-up in global destinations.

iii. Experience in developing, aligning and executing recruiting strategy to meet recruiting initiatives and organizational needs.

iv. Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.

v. Solid understanding of policies, principles, practices and procedures of human resources administration associated with employment, compensation and classification in the global locations.
