We are hiring for a leading Financial Services based at Hyderabad.
Position: Talent Acquisition
Exp: 8-14 yrs exp in Talent Acquisition with good exposure in stakeholders management & making recruitment strategies.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall execution of the Talent Acquisition global processes, best practices and it's quality across all delivery centers
- Manage recruiting costs effectively & recruitment process
- Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, referrals, research, relationships, in-house sourcing team, etc.)
- Understanding defined market attributes to assist in developing recruiting strategies for long-term and sustained growth. Build talent landscape to meet the hiring needs
- Interacts with customers (business stakeholders/CTS team), analyze historical trends and MIS data to identify the talent acquisitions trends and gaps involving Talent Pool availability (from the market)
- Drive talent and business priorities and as defined by the corporate and business leaders and build metrics to ensure that recruiting is consistent with business goals
- Support the organization's Diversity/WIN initiatives
- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources
- Continuously build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders
- Partner with the business and act as an advisor, creating synergy and agility of decision-making for adaptation of recruitment processes in accordance to business needs and realities
