Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strategise and execute the Talent Acquisition Plans through innovative and effective use of the latest tools, techniques and social media.
- Execute the end-to-end research process for mid and senior-level hiring
- Lead a team of Recruiters responsible for junior/entry-level hiring
- Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual)
- Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
- Utilize social media/internet for recruitment
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources
- Improve company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Research new ways of using the Internet / social media for recruitment
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Create job descriptions
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
Education & Experience :
MBA in HR from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Colleges
6 - 9 years of experience.
