- Aid in bench planning; pipeline management
- Talent hunting and mapping: Market research and develop a talent pool
- Build a strong network within the Real Estate & Facility Management Industry
- Team management
- Coaching & mentoring the junior recruiters
- Adherence to TATs; responsible and accountable for closures of all mandates - sourcing to offer generation - follow ups
- Define Job Descriptions & document specifications
- Implement hiring policies that encourage diversity & inclusion
- Reference Checks
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 9 to 15 yrs of core Talent Acquisition experience; from the Facility Management industry
- Experience in handling mid to senior level roles - Technical and Soft services roles for the sites as well as back-office.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; Negotiating skills; problem solving skills
- Excellent understanding of the recruitment process
- Must be extremely process driven
- Extensive knowledge of Recruitment ERPs
- Good understanding of the Employer Branding strategies
- Hands on experience of candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Adept with online job hunting websites, social networking like linkedin
- Team player
- Must have strong people, client, and time management skills
- Any Bachelors and Masters Degree
