As the Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be handling recruitment for company across organization.

You will also be responsible to own the recruitment strategy and implementation to hire talented and motivated people who would be a fantastic fit to the organization.

What you will do - 

- Executing a vision for talent acquisition that will support the company as they prepare to scale

- Working with the leadership team and HR business partners and implementing talent acquisition strategy

- Developing creative sourcing strategies to proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates

- Partnering with key leadership to formalize, support and implement an employer branding strategy across numerous channels

- Organizing events to drive recruitment and brand awareness

- Managing recruitment process flows (Requisition to offer ) and ensuring TA team is trained and aligned

- Refining recruitment process as needed and documenting the same

- Working closely with marketing team in outreach to the talent network

- Working with each functional team to meet their recruiting needs in terms of number and quality of people

- Proactively identifying and maintaining relationships with talent across various skill categories and levels of experience

- Designing, implementing and refining process pertaining to talent on-boarding, performance management, and employee engagement

What you need to know/have:

- Candidates with demonstrable work experience of 3 - 6 years

- Experience of hiring for a high paced organization. Someone who has experience of handling TA for startups

- Should own the responsibilities with go-getter attitude

- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills

- Energetic with impeccable attention to detail
