Our client is looking for Manager - Talent Acquisition who will be reporting to CHRO. The person will be working for a well-funded EdTech firm, founded in 2011, which is primarily interactive online tutoring platform where teachers provide school tuitions to students over the internet, using a real-time virtual learning environment that is a technology built in-house. It operates on marketplace model for teachers, where students can browse, discover and choose to learn from an online tutor of their choice.

JOB PURPOSE :

- The purpose of this role is to design and oversee company's hiring needs aligned with the organization's overall strategic objectives and vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to determine business requirements & deliver with defined SLA's

- Analyze industry hiring trends and devise hiring plans and execute the plan and best practices for getting the best talent on-board

- Develop recruitment strategy. Includes job-posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.

- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, salary negotiation and offers

- Experience in campus hiring

- Prepare TA Metrics Dashboards (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)

- Assist in Employer Branding by ensuring use of proper content in Social Networking websites

- Partner with Executive Search firms and vendors to assist the organization in realizing hiring needs

- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations

- Ability to mentor, manage, lead and review performance of recruiters

- Networking forums (SHRM, NHRD)

Key Relationships (Internal) :

- CHRO

- Corporate HR / payroll team

- Functional Heads of Departments

Competencies/skills required :

- Excellent people management skills

Desired qualification and experience :

- Post Graduate in HR / Certifications in HR

- 6-8 years Human Resources experience with atleast 2-3 years of experience in hiring academicians

- Exposure with working with start-ups is an added advantage.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of systems and processes.

- Knowledge of labour legislation

- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), HRMS systems.

Work Environment :

- Travel required

- Ability to work overtime

- Ability to work under pressure
