Responsibilities :
- Hands on experience in sourcing, screening, setting up interview, stakeholder management, dashboard reporting, etc.
- Strong focus on building the Product, UIUX and support Analytics team.
- End-to-end recruitment and selection process for all the roles including the de-briefs.
- Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
- Market study, benchmark and implement the best tech practices in Product, UIUX and Analytics teams.
- Build a tech database of various roles
- Participate in employer branding initiatives for these verticals in association with the stakeholders.
- Work on the recruitment process automation
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics for the requirements and the candidates (dashboards)
- Team management (2-3 people)
Required Candidate profile :
- MBA in Human Resources/ MCA/ B.Tech
- Exposure of working in high pressure, start-up environment
- 8+ yrs years of tech hiring experience
- Experience in e-commerce / internet industry is mandatory
- High EQ and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, diligent, responsive, resilient and can adapt to changes quickly.
- Passion for tech hiring.
