Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To :
- Team Management
- Build a team of recruiting top talent and manage end to end
- Driving OKRs
- Appraisals & reviews
- Regular 1on1s
- Team coaching & mentoring
- Drive and deliver recruiting projects and initiatives
- Delivering Hiring Results
- Deliver top class recruiting results quarter on quarter
- End to end hiring for senior and business critical roles
- Process Excellence
- Participating in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with the assigned businesses, drive communication, build trust and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Manage agencies, budgets
- Collaborate with other departments (Compensation, Human Resources, Employer Branding) to drive the recruiting process through onboarding
Skills Required :
- 7+ years' experience in tech leadership recruitment
- 2+ years of experience in managing a high performing tech recruiting team (full cycle)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the talent market dynamics, equity & esop concepts, compensation benchmarking etc.
- Hands on experience with Applicant tracking systems and Job portals
- Proven experience designing and implementing best in place hiring practices and interview execution
