Role and Responsibility :

- Efficiently maintains the MIS data for hiring on weekly basis from the offer proposals shared by recruiters.

- Source Mix, TAT for fill, on-board etc, Data management resource with excel expert and hands on in Power BI, Tableau

- On time delivery of weekly dashboard with Open, joined and offered candidate details across all businesses.

- Ensured on time and error free delivery of monthly dashboard and recruitment summary for different businesses with open, offered, joined, declined, total offer placed, offer acceptance ratio, source mix and hiring forecast data

- Successfully carried out the activity of weekly joiners communication to all stakeholder which lead to smooth onboarding.

- Efficiently carried out end to end Empanelment and agreement of new vendors in portal for recruitment process.

- Ensured the Addendum is in place for all the active vendors.

- On time end to end invoice processing for all business.

- Proactively giving the billing details to the vendors and co-ordination with procurement team for recruitment invoices for payments to vendors.

- SPOC for creating all India contract requisitions in Taleo.

- Address finance and business queries related to TA charge back.

- Validating Joining date, Gross salary, location, Source, Bonus Plan and Percentage, grade, Position Type (New / Repl), External / Internal of all new hires before offer extension through Taleo

- Actively monitoring the DOJ, offer acceptance date and source in Taleo for TA Audit, for achieving the data accuracy.
