HR Manager - Talent Acquisition - D2C startup

Roles & Responsibilities : Owning and improving all facets of employee life cycle.
Recruiting :- Running the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, scheduling, collating feedback, coordinating with interviewers)
- Own metrics such as offer conversion rate, average time-to-offer etc
Onboarding & engagement : - Create an awesome on-boarding experience for new team members
- Drive company's culture and inculcate in team members
- Find interesting and creatives ways to build team camaraderie
- Own the employee NPS metric
Employer branding and internal champion of team-member concerns :- Make the Company a dream place to work
- Ensure rating on Glassdoor is 4.5+
- You can have 1-2 more people reporting to you on executing day-to-day operations but you will be responsible for owning the results
Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You've Played :- 5-7 years experience in HR at a startup or high-growth company
- Hands-on experience with sourcing and recruiting
- Ability to orchestrate a process to hire 5-15 persons a week
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for HR and people success
- Belief in 'continuous improvement' and 'dissatisfaction with status-quo'
- Aspiration to become a future HR leader
