Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate and support a team of recruiters to successfully and strategically deliver on hiring goals and increase productivity
- Work closely with Leadership and Hiring Managers to build and execute strategic hiring plans
- Create and maintain an efficient and productive team environment that focuses on continuous improvement and self-learning
- Work with different teams to build Scalable Recruiting Model
- Develop and monitor metrics that improve sourcing efficiency and demonstrate return on investment
- Identify and own strategies to enhance productivity and process improvements that solve problems at scale
- A learning mindset and customer centric
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager
- Masters in Human Resources
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
