RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling End-to-end recruitment process
- Managing complex roles and various domains & skills
- Conversing & negotiating with senior stakeholders
- Being proactive and hands-on working as an Individual contributor.
- Using Workday and other recruitment marketing tools
- Encouraging employees for referral programs/brand ambassadors
- Attending college fairs, career events, etc.
- Maintaining MIS & Dashboards providing support through HR Metrics
- Ensuring legal compliances throughout the process
REQUIREMENTS:
- MBA (preferably in HR)
- Well-versed with entire recruitment process
- 9+ years of experience of in-depth recruitment cycle and employer branding
- Well-versed with Workday HRIS
- A great Team Player
