Manager- Talent Acquisition
Job Responsibilities :
- S/he will own and manage the talent acquisition function for a business vertical (POD) and work closely with the POD Leader to ensure that the needs of the POD are met. The role includes;
- Hiring Strategy ; understand sources of talent, competition and trends and ensure that we are able to meet the current and future needs for talent and be ahead of competition when it comes to hiring. The role focuses on hiring lateral talent.
- Meeting KPI's for Talent acquisition in terms of productivity, efficiency of conversion, quality of hires and cost of hiring
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with a few key recruitment vendors to support hiring needs
- Build and maintain a strong network with associates within the organization, potential candidates to enable sourcing and attracting passive talent.
- Use data from hiring trackers to develop insights, maintain reports and dashboards that help decision making
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience during the entire process of recruitment leading to increased referrals from candidates hired.
- Ensure diversity in hiring and be watchful of bias creeping into talent acquisition process
- Interact closely with interview panel members and managers in the POD to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Manage and mentor a small team of recruiter(s).
Education Qualifications : MBA/MSW preferably specialised in HR
Work Experience : 7 to 12 Yrs of experience in managing TA functions
Work Location : Chennai , Perungudi
Reporting to : Business (POD) Head
Skills Required : Strategic & Analytical mindset to bring in decisions based on past data & trends
- Should be a go getter and possess never give up attitude
- Passion for continuous learning and willingness to share the knowledge
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, multitask and drive initiatives to completion
- Ability to articulate and communicate thoughts clearly
- Maturity to understand business decisions and work cohesively with delivery teams
- Good EQ (Emotional Quotient) and AQ (Adaptability Quotient) will help one to excel in this role
- Ability to develop Market intelligence and Candidate mapping reports for target companies and skills
