- Design and execute the talent sourcing strategy for the open roles. This includes understanding and mapping the external talent landscape, managing all candidates with the highest levels of care, providing a great experience to referrals to deliver on roles in their portfolio
- Independently identify, source, and interview candidates for the corporate/leadership roles
- Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
- Responsible for building and executing on both a medium and long term pipelining strategy for the specific skill buckets
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
Requirements :
- 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team
- Demonstrated successful interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in identifying & engaging with passive candidates
- Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships with team and hiring managers
- Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
- Experience recruiting for core business or corporate functions (Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, etc.) is required.
