Job Description :
- Understanding and analyzing the client's manpower requirements in different skill set categories.
- Formulation and Implementation of Recruitment/Sourcing strategies.
- Posting of job on the job portals, websites, blogs and other discussion forums.
- Using sourcing strategies like Referral generation, Direct Sourcing, Networking, Mass Mailing so as to reach out to a maximum qualified pool of candidates.
- Using Online Database (Job Portals) & Offline Database to find out technically fit resources.
- Telephonic/Skype Interviewing of the prospective candidates for accessing their Technical Fitment, Cultural Fitment, Stability etc.
- Conducting preliminary interviews as specified by client.
- Scheduling of Interviews of the candidates in close co-ordination with client HR.
- Ensuring proper co-ordination between Clients and Candidates.
- Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers.
- Responsible for articulating and negotiating job offers with candidates and clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including the salary, benefits, bonuses, relocations, etc.
- Follow-up with candidates for Post Employment Reference Checks, Notice Period Negotiations, etc till joining.
- Achieving the assigned target as per the role.
- Develop and maintain tie-ups with industry-specific organizations for building new alliances.

Education : Any Graduate - Any Specialization Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Technical Skills & Soft Skills :
- Should have Excellent Communication (Written & Oral English)
- Should have excellent interviewing skills.
- Good knowledge and experience in Non- IT vertical recruitment for all level of profiles.
- Should have handled good clients in the above mentioned verticals.
- Should have handled mid and senior level mandates.
- Should be able to close the positions within a certain turnaround time.
- Should be target oriented.
- Should be adept in negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and hand holding the candidates till joining.
- The candidate must emphasize on database building, creating and maintaining required and relevant and error free MIS.
