Manager Talent Acquisition

The Manager position focuses on providing central direction to the delivery teams by actively managing resource planning for the incoming "new" projects while making sure that the gets delivered as per defined KPIs. The team will support COE readiness for future growth, to meet the vision and beyond (Model to support headquarters and global on services - across functions and Opcos on a greater scale) focusing on (talent acquisition) and collaborating with business leaders to support hiring the best and the brightest talent.

This role will give you an opportunity to strategize and design the people resource roadmap for the CoE organization. The key focus areas will be to drive & design, implement, and deliver programs including strategies and tactics for talent attraction, sourcing, acquisition, and employee experience.

Responsibilities :

- Partner with Management to analyze staffing needs to support resource continuity and ensure alignment of recruitment processes with business needs

- Devise and implement customized sourcing strategies that scale, lead teams to build quality talent pipelines, and drive sourcing strategy recommendations for critical roles

- Provide leadership and support in the design, development, and implementation of the recruitment strategy that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent

- Manage, leverage, and review existing recruiting strategies and methods to generate a proactive and efficient approach to improving the quality of candidates and time-to-hire

- Promote an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan

- Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of the hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle is maintained while minimizing cost-per-hire

Qualifications and Specifications :

- 7-8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment with 3-4 years of people manager experience

- Masters/ PGDM in Business Administration, Marketing, or in a related field

- Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.

- Ability to learn and apply best practices in sourcing and other recruitment processes

- Present leadership team dashboards with key insights and actionable recommendation Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
