About our Client : Our client is a large (3000 crore +) Indian Organization in the Chemical space. They employ over 10,000 employees and have 10 sites with multiple plants in each site in India. They are looking for an experienced professional in Talent Acquisition preferably from Manufacturing sector.
Job Description: Reporting into the HR Head you will be responsible for:
- Would be responsible for the entire gamut of TA activities.
- The profile calls for exposure to innovative staffing practices with expertise on strategies TA plans.
- Would be responsible for: Assessing current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans.
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires.
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse (Including but not limited to increase female candidates & Fresher's) talent pools.
- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing
- Partner with Head HR and regional team to develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
- Assess, redesign, and implement a revised and updated employment brand
- Compliance of recruitment processes and periodic reviews
- Manage effective New Employee Orientation & On boarding program.
The Successful Candidate:
- As a successful applicant, you should have 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in manufacturing setups.
- Candidates with MBA from Top Tier institutes will be given preference.
