- Managing the Volume, mass & Lateral Hiring for non-IT roles, Stakeholder Management, and Team Management.
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and fit with the company culture.
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and continuously improve recruitment processes and practices
Desired Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in bulk hiring, with a proven track record of delivering results.
