Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various functions, including sales, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, SCM, Marketing, Internal recruitment and more. Set manpower plans for divisions and departments on annual basis, revise them from time to time and determine vacancies and the best recruitment process and solutions. Review job descriptions as per manpower budget and current positions existed in the Company.
- Sourcing and Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. Utilize various sourcing channels, including Team tailor, social media (LinkedIn), and professional networks.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and a seamless hiring process. Act as a brand ambassador for Knauf India throughout the recruitment journey.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor practices to refine and enhance our recruitment strategies and practices.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure recruitment processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Develop relationships with potential candidates and engage with passive talent.
- Collaboration and Team Player: Collaborate and work closely with HR Team & other stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring and achieving business goals.
- Recruitment Analytics: Monthly reporting on open positions and updating recruitment analytical dashboard.
- Proven experience as a People Partner Talent Acquisition or similar role, with a track record of successful recruitment and talent management in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
