Responsibilities
- Expertise in Senior Leadership Hiring, Volume / Bulk hiring, Contractors hiring and Campus hiring.
- Implementing key change initiatives as identified in the organizational strategic planning process.
- Extensive experience in building sourcing strategies for hiring permanent and contract staffing needs which includes direct sourcing, referrals, social networking, agencies.
- Meeting, interacting, working closely & regular follow-ups with Engagement Managers, Business units & other stake holders for understanding the resource needs, hiring numbers, draw up hiring plans & strategies to hire right fit candidate through different channels within SLAs for all requirements.
- Responsible in bringing in innovative resourcing practices, procedures to minimize cycle time of on boarding
- Involved in business review meetings with stakeholders on weekly, bi - weekly, Monthly basis & providing updates & publishing dashboards. Responsibility also includes Creating/monitoring various Reports
- Ability in handling multiple priorities, with a bias for action & a genuine interest in professional development.
- Use of technology to manage work and report on activities and results.
- Have developed an excellent network of contacts and good market intelligence Articulate value proposition and benefits of working in a meaningful and accurate way to candidates.
- In depth experience using behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment processes.
- Willingness to participate in special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within team as well as independently
- An enthusiastic self-starter, extrovert, goal oriented team player with high analytical abilities with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation & listening skills.
- Strong Knowledge of the local market, the business, recruiting processes, branding
Skills/Qualifications
- Must have 8+ years of management experience in HR, specifically in full-cycle recruiting
- Comfortable working in a highly visible role
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR masters
Education/Certification :
- Bachelor's Degree with PG in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
- Consistent above average academic performance
Salary offered: 14-18LPA
