ABOUT THE ROLE :

The incumbent shall be a key member of the HR team and shall support the organization's strategic talent requirements. This is a role for an ambitious and intelligent individual who delights in their own and their team's success and has a desire to ultimately forge their own career as a consultant.

Key Responsibilities :

- Research and map target companies to create robust search strategies that will identify and attract the best and brightest talent.

- Build talent networks and tap knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates.

- Build on current recruitment process with contemporary hiring strategies and current trends in the market to maintain a strong employer brand.

- Headhunt key talent from various sources (portals, professional networking platforms etc.,)

- Engage with key leaders of companies which works in same or similar space, to explore opportunities and interest levels in joining our organization.

- Design and present necessary reports to the management team.

Key Attributes of the Incumbent:

- Ability to execute recruitment strategy, including employer promotion in the market, candidate relationship management, and interview process management.

- 7 to 10 years talent acquisition experience with a minimum of 3+ years experience in head-hunting for senior positions.

- Should be self-driven with excellent communication and presentation skills, initiative, diligence and smart innovative working

- Excellent educational credentials and proven track record in research and talent consulting. The incumbent should be a graduate from a top institute with a post-graduate diploma in management.

- Should have the ability to engage senior leaders and position our company's vision and value proposition convincingly and passionately.

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, which may involve extended hours and be meeting people on weekends.

- Flexible in role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go the extra mile as needed to produce effective results as expected from this role.

Skills:

- Looking for candidates who have a full time MBA from reputed institutes

- Experienced in both IT Hiring & KPO Hiring

- Hands-on sourcing, hiring and headhunting experience

- Stakeholder management

- Preferred experience hiring for Microsoft packages, sales force, mobility, infrastructure, data centers etc.
