MANDATORY ASK:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. In this position, the incumbent will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees.
- The Talent Acquisition Manager, you should have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. Their ability to identify talented individuals and support their career growth within our organization is paramount.
- As the Talent Acquisition Manager, the incumbent will lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Their expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to our success in attracting the best candidates for our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine current staffing needs and analyse forecasts.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Lead employment branding initiatives.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Supervise recruiting personnel.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Proven experience as talent acquisition manager managing voice/contact centre hiring.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
- Need to be familiar with Versant/SVAR tools.
- Knowledge of local talent markets, especially good connects with vendors.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Excellent communicator.
- Well-organized.
- A leader and strategic thinker.
- Flexible and open to change.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate in any stream or Post Graduation in HR.
- Minimum 7 to 8 years of industry experience in recruitment, with focus on voice hiring.
SKILLS:
- Experience in hiring 80 + monthly (mandatory).
- Exposure to US Healthcare hiring (Good to have).
- Experience in leading a team of 5 to 7 recruiters (mandatory).
- Exposure in handling multiple delivery locations (Good to have).
